ACTING AS CISX SPONSOR

Elysium is a Category 1 Listing Member of The Channel Islands Stock Exchange (“CISX”). As a Category 1 Listing Member, Elysium is able to sponsor all types of securities to listing on
the CISX.

As CISX Sponsor, Elysium can provide the following services:-

• advice and assistance on the suitability of securities for listing
• coordination of the listing process between other professional advisers
• preparation of the detailed timetable leading to the admission of securities to listing
• preparation of the listing application documents including the listing document
• providing assistance to the Issuer and its Board of Directors with regard to their responsibilities and duties in respect of the application for listing and thereafter as a listed company
• compliance with stock exchange continuing obligation requirements
• drafting and releasing of stock exchange announcements.

Elysium became the first CISX Sponsor to use the CISX’s Market Data Management System (“MDMS”) in January 2007. The electronic system enables the dissemination of information to the market place to be timely and efficient.
