Elysium’s Administration Department provides comprehensive administration services to a range of structures. Services include:-

• the keeping of all the accounts of the company
• production of the unaudited half-yearly report and accounts
• preparation of the audited annual report and accounts, including assisting the auditors with the completion of the audit
• preparation of periodic net asset values
• payment of fees and expenses
• compliance monitoring and reporting
• preparation of the company’s dividend timetable, calculation and payment of dividends
• liaison with other professional advisers and regulatory bodies, as applicable
