Elysium Fund Management Limited was established in October 2006 following the management buyout of a substantial Guernsey based fund management and corporate finance business from Collins Stewart Tullett plc. Elysium carries out stock exchange listing work and provides high level management to a number of specialist closed-ended and open-ended investment companies.

The Company has a policy of employing only professionally qualified staff, which currently consists of Accountants and Chartered Secretaries, and of being highly selective in the clients it takes on. Elysium believes that this policy allows it to deliver a high and consistent level of service to its client base.
Elysium specialises in dealing with niche clients and, because of the capabilities of its team, is able to cater for specialist requirements. As well as being proficient in dealing with the routine regulatory and statutory matters involved with a variety of entities, the Elysium team is also experienced in dealing with multi-jurisdictional structures often required as part of tax planning and structuring advice.

The Company is also regularly involved in corporate finance work and is therefore able to provide a professional and “well rounded” set of services to its clients, covering full management of structures, accounting, administration and secretarial services.
